What are your basic services ?

We offer services across most categories that are typically needed when creating an affair. We primarily provide fine classic food in our five classic cuisines. We also offer, directly or through associate business partners,  supplemental items to satisfy your needs such as party tents or rental facilities, staffing (such as onsite cooks, servers, bartenders, set up and tear down helpers). We also can provide dinnerware, glassware, tables, linens, chairs and table and ornamental accessaries. We do not offer alcoholic beverages for sale but can connect you with partners who do as a direct and separate arrangement.

What geographich areas do you serve ?



We serve all of York County, SC and Mecklinberg County, NC.   If you request on site services and staffing such as set up and serving and clean up,  we are willing to use any site you choose to use, whether it is your home, or office or an outside public or private banquet facility banquet or one of our partner facility providers. We expect that any third party facility arrangement be arranged by you directly with the provider but we will gladdly assist or accompany you in finding or qualifying an adequate facility for the size and type of event you are planning.

What size events do you service ?



We cater small, medium and large events. Small ranges from 25 to 75 persons, Medium from 75 to 150 poersons and Large from 150 to 300 persons.

How do I plan an event with your catering service  ?



We first request that you browse our web site and review our menu selections that we offer in each of our five classic cuisines. This will help you understand the kind of standard menu item options available to select. Of course if you don't see what you desire, we will gladly take special requests and will do our very best to satisfy you personal needs. We also provide full Dinner and Buffet Menus as  suggestions in each cuisine. These are are all flexible and additions changes or deletions can be made which may increase or decrease price depending on the changes. we can provide special  menu pricing upon request for all published menus on the web site.

How can I obtain pricing ?

Because we wish to provide the most flexible options for you to organize your event, many combinations and options are available and price can become too complex to anticipate all possible combinations. If you have a serious inquiry, we can come to you and meet in person or do a telephone session to choreograph your event. During that meeting and assuming no unusual and extoadinary requests are made, we can provide an accurate and immediate quote. There is no obligation and we will not pressure you with annoying follow up contacts. The initiative will be up to you to decide and contact us if you either need new or more information or if you have decided to proceed to engage us.

Will there be a formal agreement or contract ?

All engagements will have a formal contract that itemizes in detail all deliverables for food and services. Contracts become valid at signing and after receipt of a 10% deposit of the proposed amount of the  engagement which also officially reserves the date.  An additional 25% deposit of the total proposed amount of the engagement will be required 30 days prior the date of the event and the remaining outstanding amount paid in full at least 2 days prior to the event.  No payment will be received at or after the eventunless special arrangements have been made in advance. 

What form of payment is accepted ?

We accept major credit cards and cash for contractual deposits and final payments, Personal checks are accepted for contractual deposits but bank or certified checks are required for any contractual payment made less than 10 days prior to the event. In all cases special (and mutually agreed upon) alternate payment arrangements can be made on a case by case basis with written agreement as an addendum to our contract.

Can I cancel a contract

Yes all contracts can be cancelled under the following stipulations: 1] Everything is irefundable and cancelled without obligation or penalty  up to 1 week after contract signing unless the cancellation is is  within 30 days of the contracted schedule date in which case the 10% deposit is non refundable. 2] The second 25% deposit  is fully refundable upon unilateral cancellation of the contract unless the  cancellation falls within 10 days of the contracted schedule event.  The final payment will be refunded in full in all cases of unilateral cancellation unless specific and mutually agreed upon terms regarding final payment refund are added or amended to the valid signed contract.
